On May 29th at 9am CrossFit Oak Hill will be hosting the workout "Murph." This event is open to anyone who would like to participate. Please invite your family and friends. After the workout we will host a BBQ. Hopefully you can stick around and hang out for awhile.
There are several divisions that you can register for. Please choose the division you think you will most likely do. Weighted means that you will be wearing a weight vest. Partitioned means that you will be splitting up the pull-ups, push-ups and squats into smaller rounds (ie. 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats). We will be running heats and this will help us best manage the group so that you are not waiting on someone for a pull-up bar.
We will be raising money for the Murph Foundation
