3:00 to find 1 rep max complex of 3 Front Squat + 1 Jerk - Bar starts on the floor - Once bar leaves the floor, it cannot return until all parts of complex have been completed

For Time 40/30 Assault Bike Cals 30 T2B or Knee Raises 20 Box Jump Over 10 Devil Press RX & Master 40-49 - T2B - Box Jump Overs (24/20") - Devils Press (50/35) Scaled & Masters 50+ - Knee Raises - Box Jump or Step Over (20/16") - Devils Press (35/25)

5 RFT 10 *Hang Snatch 10 Bar Facing Burpees *Must move bar forward each round Time Cap: 8 time Cap Snatch Weights: - RX & Masters 40-49 @ 115/75 - Scaled & Masters 50+ @ 75/55
